MSU puts faith in Christ

Christ was a graduate assistant coach for the Mavericks from 2003-05 and earned his masters degree from MSU in 2008. He spent the last three years with the Ripken Academy in Aberdeen, Md., where he had numerous positions as a program coordinator, director of baseball operations and was the general manager last season.
The Waseca native graduated from Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2003 and was an All-Horizon League player in 2002 while playing on a conference championship team. Before becoming a Panther, Christ spent one season on the Iowa State baseball team and was a two-time all-conference selection at Des Moines Area Community College.

Boy, the state of Minnesota sure got back one terrific coach. Adam worked with Alex at the Ripken Academy and from the beginning we always knew he would do great things with his life. (Continued…)
