A Minnesota State student who was preparing to transfer to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls died last week from injuries received in a May 21 car accident.

Lowest tuition increase of decade passed
Next fall the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system will experience the lowest tuition increase in a decade.
