Best Apartment Complex: College Station

Worry no more about living arrangements

A person’s living situation is always their number one priority when moving to a new area or starting a new chapter in life. What better place to call home than Mankato’s very own College Station Apartment complex.

College station is located right at 1341 Pohl Road n Mankato, which is only blocks away from campus. The aspect of living so close to campus makes going to school all the more of a convenience for students.

Much like the complex says on its website, “the apartment community is on the City of Mankato’s bus route giving tenants access to all the restaurants, shopping and services in Mankato. College Station has 1 through 5 bedroom apartments making it a great choice for college students to rent with their friends. Parking is available and there is laundry onsite.”

If you would like to checkout the complex, College Station’s operating office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on the weekends.

College Station’s rooms range anywhere from one bedroom to five with the option of up to two showers. Future tenants have the freedom of choosing to stay alone or with however many people you want.  There are annual leases though, so planning ahead will be essential.

Some of the features in College Station’s apartments include: refrigerator, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, free wireless internet & cable TV, central heat/air conditioning in every apartment, spacious bedrooms with an open kitchen and living room, one through five bedroom units available– which again can be ideal for multiple roommates.

The property amenities include onsite maintenance daily and on-call after hours for maintenance emergencies, laundry & vending facilities located in each building, parking available onsite, private enclosed mailing room and bike racks for the residents.

College station is the ideal living destination for any college student, no matter the number of roommates they desire.
